Telangana is likely to witness humid weather followed by scattered thunderstorms from Monday afternoon, with several districts expected to receive rainfall through the night.
Sangareddy, Vikarabad, Rangareddy, Nalgonda, Yadadri-Bhongir, Medak, Siddipet, Jangaon, Kamareddy, Hanamkonda, Warangal and Mahabubabad are among the districts likely to experience thunderstorms. The activity may continue into the night and early Tuesday morning.
Moderate rainfall is already being reported in parts of Rangareddy, Suryapet, Khammam, Yadadri-Bhongir, Bhadradri-Kothagudem and Mahabubabad. The current rainfall activity is expected to reduce after 8.30–9 am.
Another spell of scattered thunderstorms is likely overnight in Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Jogulamba Gadwal, Mahabubnagar, Rangareddy, Narayanpet, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Khammam, Bhadradri-Kothagudem and Mahabubabad.
Hyderabad may also experience scattered thunderstorms from afternoon through the night. Isolated rainfall is expected in other parts of the state.
